Penang Education Department (Jabatan Pelajaran Pulau Pinang)

This morning I and my daughter went to see the Headmistree at Convent Light Street Penang to get the document for certify by the school principal under the heavy rain - she refuse to certify for us but ask us to meet Puan Lee Low Choon one of the teacher for certify but the teacher Puan Lee said she is not free to do for us and want us to come back later in the afternoon. My daughter need to attend college and I also need to work - how can we come back in the afternoon - we have brought all the documents original and photostat copies.
Why such a school cannot even do for us only to certfiy the true copies and what is the mean of studing there - I have brought this matter to the education department for complain to En Mohd Ahmad this morning at about 10.20am
I need your department to talk to this Puan Lee Low Chon but I dont blame the principal - why this teacher Pn Lee simply reject the signing and we need to come come.
Luckly another of the staff do the signing for us thanks to her - her name is Puan Cheok Mei Wan - I need your explaination if not I will post it to the news media

My daughter studies in Union high school,she took up badminton as one of the sport,i even paid RM 25/month for her traning.Come this new year 2012,the school change the badminton coach and the coach said my daughter do not know how to play badminton and even do not know the right way to hold racket.the coach ask her to start from beginner ,my daughter feel this year is Form 5 so if to start from beginner then is a waste of time so she decided to pull out.
The consequences is UNION school take action by deducting 20 marks on her school discipline and automatic she would get a C on discipline .
As parent we would like the Education to cemment on this issue and let us know the outcome .To what we feel we can not threaten the children as the school feel.
So today 20/1/2012 the UNION school under their head master Ms chech Lay Ai would deduct 20 marks .Can Penang Education Department do something ,even do a investigation or support the UNION school what ever the school like to do.
