To whose concern,

I am Miss Tam, from Kuantan, one of the regular customers of The Store. I just came back from England and recently I done shopping at The Store, Kuantan Parade. The letter is written on behalf of a customer of The Store. I went to Kuantan Parade and do my shopping at the second floor of The Store, but unfortunately the cashier is really bad manner and rude.

While I ask about what gift I can redeem with my purchase. The cashier name 0000526 siti zaitha bt osman who on duty at 11/02/2010 at time 16:31 was carried out her duty without any smile and answered my question rudely. Some more she was shout toward me. I am really unsatisfied with that service.

In addition, the girl who was on duty of that time in another counter, the gifts redeem counter, in same day and same time, while I ask for anything that I would get as free with my RM200 purchase, she was answer me by given a ridicules answer, she said whatever you want you just say that I can give you. By that time I trying to find out what the “whatever gifts” that she meant. I felt very curious and she said sabar sabar. And laugh at me. By the end she said no ang pao cover as u came so late and she just gave me a paper bag. I felt the girl is trying to foolish me and hope that the management could give attention to those staff who running their duty not seriously. And please try to respect to the customer and not play a joke like a stupid and do not talk nonsense.

I felt really disappointed as this is the first time I went to The Store after 2 years I stayed in England and such a unsatisfied service I derived.

Please take seriously toward my complaint. And please try to offer better service to our. Thank You. And let those staff know that, do not talk nonsense and please do not be emotional while you are working.

Salam sejahtera...hanya satu yang ingin sye komen di The Store Kuantan Parade...level 3....kenapa panas? memang xde aircond ke?? Pernah sye bertanya kepada promoter di situ then beliau cakap mmg tiap hari xde aircond....adakah benar?? mana pengurusan pergi?? sepatut nye sebagai sebuah pusat membeli belah facilities hendaklah di focuskan demi kepentingan customers...harap di pertimbangkan...tq.

assalamualaikum dan salam satu malaysia....saya sebagai juruwang the store kuantan parade.... saya ingin komen tentang plastik beg pada hari sabtu.......setiap hari sabtu.......juruwang the store sering dimarahi oleh pelanggan.... Juruwang:nak plastik ke???? pelanggan:habis tu saya nak bawa macam mana?takkan nak masuk ke dalam baju kot???? ayat yang sama saja diulangi oleh hampir semua pelanggan the store...........padahal kempen ini sudah lama tetapi pelanggan masih lupa membawa beg plastik sendiri...salah siapa????juruwang atau pelanggan????juruwang hanya menjalankan tugasnya sahaja iaitu scan barang dan masukkan ke dalam plastik dan bukan untuk dimarahi...ditengking atau sebaliknya....kadang-kadang juruwang dimarahi oleh pelanggan tentang harga barang yang salah....padahal pelanggan tidak lihat bahawa tarikh harga barang tersebut sudah habis........itu sahaja....sekian terima kasih.
