Hi, my name is adelene wong & i work at KPK International Management Sdn Bhd from October, 2010 until now (22 June, 2011)
The reason I want to make my complain is I book the wrong online air-tickets, so I cant get my 1 mth salary is it? I tell my boss here that I'll pay back to him but he say that my this month salary forfeited. One more thing about this company, if we got work overtime after our office hours but they didnt pay us overtime money even though we work so late until 7.30 pm?
The other thing about this company is they calculate our overtime together with our increment salary & bonus. I want to ask you is it a company labour laws got stated this kind of rules & regulations? When I'm sick, I got give them my sick certificate is it they need to deduct from my salary also? By the way, labour law sick leave is how many days per year?
