I am working in Kuala Lumpur and was assigned to make water bill payment to Syarikat bekalan air Negeri Sembilan in Kuala Lumpur. May I know whether I can pay in any of the centre in KL or Selangor by cash.

I hope to receive your soonest reply as not to incurred any additional charges.

mallika no bil 031000159 a/p kumarasamy SBN A 05-0-00149-08-10-04. water bill tertunggak RM97.95. My husband is a pensioner and the above bill was of water leakage and submitted rayuan letter to department but no response yet--2 months. I am appealing because not much of my undoing pipes were not of quality specification to department and leakage due to under soil poor quality.Please respond .My husband Gandhi Thangarajoo, LGM pensioner i have assisted your dept by reporting leakage at many places with 1K n 1k litres water lost due to late action by your department. tq
