I and my daughter went shopping in Tesco in Mutiara Damasara at about 2.30pm. Among other groceries, there was a discount for Ayam Brand sardine. the price tag display original price of $7 for a package of two. When i came back home and check on the bill, I was charged $5.80 each for a total of $11.60 for two. This over pricing on discounted items had happened to a few times and I had not taken the trouble to write to you as the of returning to the stall and ask for a refund would cot me more.I am sure many shoppers who did not check their bills were victims of over pricing and this has to stop. On my bill the time of checking out was 10:31 although the actual time was about 3.00pm.
Similarly my daughter who bought a bottle cleaning brush labelled as OK BABY RB paid $3.90 instead of $1.90 discounted price. The above incidents show that we cannot trust that we will pay the discounted price. Is this a subtle way how Tesco increased theirs profit at the expense of unsuspecting shoopers?. Over to you, Tesco, your claim that your stall is the cheapest.

I trusted TESCO products. I tested the thermal electric flasks.. good! Still working good. I BOUGHT it that night itself. I tested and it is working BUT water running out from the flask!! I quiuckly came to TESCO Mutiara nesx morning hoping that .....!!!
I came to customer corner telling about my ...... I told the person on duty and after many explaination i ask them to speak to any person who can let me talk to... AS I UNDERSTAND THAT CLEARANCE ITEM ARE NOT REFUNDABLE BUT...BUT.. BUT ! TESCO IS SELLING A 'JUNK "GOOD!!!
THE ITEM SHOULD NOT ONSALE !! IT SHOULD BE UNDER JUNK STORE.
MY PURPOSE OF VISITING TESCO today IS TO LET THE ADMINISTRATOR OF TESCO MUTIARA to KNOW THAT SUCH ITEM SHOULD NOT BE DISPLAYED !!
The male thin guy after making call to EN Faizal , tolod me that i can;t do anything,, i hv to take the "JUNK " back!! I told them i hv to speak to Encik Faizal but my request was not entertained . I was hurry for time... I LEFT MY 'JUNK ITEM' at the informatoin counter although i was asked to take it back.
THE ITEM IS AT THE INFORMATIOIN COUNTER AT MUTIARA DAMANSARA. I WANT TO LET TESCO COMPANY TO AWARE OF THIS UNATHICAL PRACTICE !! I KNOW THE GOOD IS NOT GARANTEED BUT YOU CANT SELL A JUNK ITEM IN TESCO ,MALAYSIA!!
